Breaking News Overnight: One dead, two injured after a UTV collision in Suwannee County

Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle collision this morning in Suwannee County that resulted in the death of the driver.

According to the FHP report, at approximately 2:15 a.m., a 49-year-old Live Oak man driving a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) was traveling south on private property when the UTV overturned, ejecting the driver.

The driver was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Two passengers on the UTV, a 35-year-old Christmas man and a 59-year-old Live Oak woman, reported minor injuries to the FHP, according to the report.

The FHP did not release the driver's name or the passengers involved in the collision.
